The Race starts from Pattale Dhap, the borderline of Solukhumbu and Okhaldunga districts, crosses several Sherpa villages and wild forest lines to Namche Bazaar, Tengboche and ends at Lukla Airport. The Everest Trail Race covers a distance of 160 km in six days camp and each day distance limit, as per the international Trail Race Standard.

Nepal offers various Trail races from the high mountain range and hills to end at a scenic valley, all in the shade of the world’s highest mountain range. The Race takes place from a lowland of 2800 metres, crosses over 4070 metres, and reaches the highest point of Tengboche, in front of Mighty Mount Everest and Ama Dablam Mountains.
