Jungle safari and wildlife activities in Nepal take you on a fantastic exploration around deep, dense sub-tropical jungles where you can observe wild animals, exotic birds, and reptiles.

Nepal has incredible bio-diversity with a unique geographical position and altitude variation, from 60 metres above sea level to the highest point on earth, Mt. Everest, at 8,848 metres, all within 150 kilometres, resulting in a climatic change from Sub-tropical-alpine to the Arctic.

Nepal occupies 0.03% of the earth and is home to 02 % of all flowering plants globally. In addition, Nepal is home to 8% bird population of the World (more than 857 species), 11 of the 15 families of butterflies in the World (more than 500 species), 4% of mammals in the World and 600 indigenous plant families including 319 species of exotic orchids.

The southern lowland of Nepal is known for jungle touring on the elephant back, jungle walks, jungle driving, and all activities accompanied by an expert nature guide. And to sight the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger, one-horned Rhinoceros and other wildlife with various species of birdlife. Moreover, one can go for a silent canoe ride in the river, where you can view wildlife activities surprisingly and witness gharial and marsh mugger crocodiles basking in the sun. These reptiles spend much time lying on the sandy riverbanks giving you enough time to watch them.

The southern lowland of Nepal is home to Tharu communities, one of the ethnic groups, and a Tharu village tour and Tharu stick dance with their folk songs get enjoyed as a part of the safari program.

The accommodation is in comfortable resorts with en suite bathrooms or, on your choice, family suite rooms with a private swimming pool.
