Booking and cancellation policy for 2024

An unstable global situation, such as the unexpected spread of COVID-19, the war between Russia and Ukraine, and Israel’s war on Gaza, has created uncertainty in the travel sector. Therefore, it is time to have stronger insurance covering helicopter evacuation, medical assistance, trip cancellation, and interruption eventualities before paying and travelling abroad. Considering the global situation above, we have introduced a flexible booking and payment policy.

Booking and payment terms

After receiving a trip confirmation, we release an invoice for a confirmation deposit as per the following.

      1. 400$ per person for trekking and tours.
      2. 500$ per person for trekking, peak climbing, and trekking in restricted areas.
      3. 1,000$ per person for mountaineering expeditions ranging from 6,600m to below 8000 metres.
      4. 3,000$ per person for all mountaineering expeditions above 8,000m. meter into Nepal.
      5. 4,000$ per person for mountaineering expeditions above 8,000m mountain into Tibet and Pakistan.
  1. The final confirmation will require at least three months before commencing the trip with 35% of the tour payment.
  2. The last and total amount will require at least 25 days before starting the trip.
  3. The sender must bear the banking transaction charges of each time payment, and a net amount of the total amount will require deposited in the company account.

Trip Cancellation

The following cancellation fees get applied to cover the administrative charges and other expenses in dealing with the booking and cancellations.

  1. Cancellation after the confirmation – loss of the confirmation deposit
  2. Cancellation 21-days before starting the trip – 20% of the total cost
  3. Cancellation 10-days before starting the trip – 50% of the total cost
  4. Cancellation less than 7-days before starting the trip – 70% of the total cost
  5. Cancellation failing to arrive within the travel date, after arrival, or during the trip – 100% of the total cost

Postponing the trip

If you postpone your trip dates at least 35 days before the trip starting date within the travel year, the cancellation will not apply. However, if you postpone the travel dates to the following year, there will be an extra charge for the trip confirmation deposit per person, as given above. If the cancellation occurs after the postponement of the date, then the Trip Cancellation term and conditions get applied again. Cancelled persons/groups are not replaceable by another person/group.
