Bardia National Park Safari 3 nights package tour
The flight takes you to Nepalgunj and an hour’s drive to Bardia national park, Nepal’s Far South-Western Terai, east of Karnali River. It is one of the Terai region’s largest undisturbed areas of wilderness.
Bardia National Park provides excellent habitat for endangered wildlife, including rhinoceros, wild elephants, tigers, swamp deer, blackbuck, marsh mugger crocodiles, Gharial crocodiles, and Gangetic dolphins. Birdlife includes the Bengal Florican, the Lesser Florican, the silver-eared mesia, and the Sarus crane. There are also over 200 bird species, 30 different mammal species, fish, lizards, and snake species in the park’s forest, grassland, and river habitats. In addition, the park is home to many residents and migratory birds.
Breakfast at the hotel. Your office representative and driver will reach your hotel at the indicated time. Drive to Kathmandu airport and board a flight to Nepalgunj.
On arrival at Nepalgunj airport, you will receive a traditional welcome, then drive to Jungle Lodge for check-in formalities, followed by refreshments and a briefing on our lodge, its facilities, and the day’s program.
After lunch, the activity includes Katha Corridor, Dalla community, Tharu village tour, elephant breeding centre and a sunset view from Karnali River Bank.
Dinner and overnight.
Receive a wake-up call followed by tea/coffee and breakfast. Full-day safari activities, including Jungle Walk and Tiger tracking Safari. Packed lunch is provided in the Jungle. This day offers complete access to the rich fauna and flora of Bardia National Park and an excellent opportunity for Photography.
Receive a wake-up call followed by tea/coffee and breakfast. Full-day Jeep Safari, with packed lunch, inside the Bardia National Park. This day offers an excellent opportunity to see wildlife, including smaller mammals, and to visit the crocodile breeding centre. Return to Jungle Lodge for refreshments and dinner, and a Tharu Community Cultural Dance Show at the Lodge premises.
Receive a wake-up call, followed by tea/coffee and breakfast, and checkout. Then, drive to Nepalgunj airport for a flight to Kathmandu. Finally, arrive at Kathmandu Airport, where the representative of Happy Feet will welcome you back and drive you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free, the end of the special safari program.
