The offered per-person price ensures that on the day of reaching the summit of Mt. Everest, one climber will climb in the proportion of one Sherpa (1 member 1 Sherpa ratio), but at the lower camps, below Camp 4, the climbers are required to climb with shared Sherpa guides. But if a climber adds 9,000 USD on top of the offered per-person price, you can get a personal Sherpa guide who only works with you for the entire climbing campaign. As a result, each climber receives two Sherpa guides above Camp 3 and on the summit push day, which strengthens the chance of success.
